Period of employment / Hours:

Fixed term full-time day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP for 24 months.

Duties:

  • Develop and deliver appropriate change management strategies for the HRIS project.
  • Develop and implement effective change, communication, and training plans to support the successful implementation of change management strategies (future state).
  • Provide expert change management advice to support the project deliverables defined in the HRIS project objectives.
  • Facilitate impact assessments of project changes and develop strategies to reduce impact and maximise engagement of change.
  • Liaise with internal and external training providers where appropriate to ensure internal stakeholders receive appropriate training.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience in human resource information system projects
  • Previous experience in data migration activities for large-scale projects.
  • Satisfactory completion of an appropriate course of study from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
