JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role
This is a part time leave relief opportunity, to cover for 4 weeks commencing Monday 5 July 2021. Coverage required includes 3 days a week for the first 2 weeks, then 4 days a week for the remainder of the relief period.
This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring the governance of the Calvary Hobart Accreditation Program, and the management of Patient Experience across Lenah Valley and St John's.

What you bring
  • Registered with AHPRA Nursing or Allied Health
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management and accreditation processes applicable to a health care environment
  • Knowledge of Risk management/quality including:
    • Incident reporting systems
    • Mortality and morbidity review
    • Complaints management
    • Adverse event investigation and follow up
    • Root cause analysis investigate/adverse/sentinel event investigation
    • Risk register
    • National Safety, Quality and Health Service Standards (NSQHS)
    • Knowledge of ASNZ4360:2004 and HB 436:2004
  • Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills
  • Skills in information analysis and research design
