Merchant Services Banker - part time opportunity

How will I help?

We have exciting opportunities available to join our Merchant Business Services 24/7 team. The role of a Merchant Business Solutions is to fulfil existing business customers’ needs quickly, accurately and efficiently. The Merchant Business Solutions Banker will assist personal and business customers with simple and complex enquiries on a range of merchant products and services including EFTPOS, transactional and online facilities.

This role is an inbound phone role with a focus on delighting customers with a seamless experience every time. The Merchant Business Solutions Banker also maximises opportunities through informing customers about relevant products and services and arranging referrals to business partners.

To be successful in this role you will have strong problem-solving skills to support customers with issues ranging from transaction enquiries to technical support. Ability to connect with our customers to build strong relationships, making it as simple and seamless as possible. Commit to follow up on call actions promised and look for opportunities to delight our customers.
