Project Officer

  • Provide seamless delivery of administrative and project management support

The Opportunity

Become part of the team providing administrative support to academic and professional staff in the Allied Health Expansion Program (AHEP), to ensure the successful delivery of AHEP agreed milestones and time-based deadlines.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Professional support for project management, including coordination of project material.
  • Undertake administrative project tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining action/task lists and gantt charts, extensive email and communication management.
  • Assist with stakeholder management and communications, including responding to stakeholder inquiries, maintaining stakeholder communication records and executing engagement plans.
  • Administrative support for a range of working groups, including organising meetings, minutes, and preparation and dissemination of documentation.
  • Progressing workflows associated with the Allied Health Expansion Program.


Your Application

To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate;

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple and urgent priorities and meet deadlines, with the ability to be flexible, proactive and responsive, and to work independently and as a productive member of the team.
  • Excellent communication skills including demonstrated ability to draft and proof emails and documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of computer literacy and sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications, including the capacity to use databases and corporate systems.

Remuneration

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $73,516 comprising base salary within the range of $63,375 to $67,138 plus 9.5% superannuation.
