Providing administrative and clerical assistance to a Loss Adjuster or small team of Loss Adjusters. This position may be required to work alongside other Administration Assistants in the business to ensure the efficient running of business operations.

  • Efficient and accurate typing of client reports, correspondence and other documents.
  • Update Claims Management System as required by Adjuster/s
  • Provide limited claims as required
  • Answer incoming calls promptly
  • Respond to client & insured queries via telephone and email.
  • Liaise with service/product replacement providers
  • Diary management as required
  • Ensure matters offered for filling are filed in an appropriate & timely manner
  • Process outgoing mail daily
  • Archive files and retrieve files from archive on request
  • Manage files as and when required.
  • Maintenance of office forms
  • General office tasks as required
