Part Time Customer Care Representatives

We are currently seeking permanent part time Customer Care Representatives to join our MyState Contact Centre team. Our Contact Centre is growing, and we are looking for passionate, customer-focused people to fill our current part time vacancies. Successful applicants will have hours negotiated on weekdays and Saturdays.

As a Customer Care Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions and enquiries whilst providing exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers. These part time positions will also require you to identify customer needs and be proactive in contributing to the achievement of sales/referral targets of products and services offered by MyState.

The successful applicant will:
  • Be self-motivated, with a high level communication skill & ability to reach KPIs/Targets;
  • Be passionate about our products and services and embrace our Company Values;
  • Be proactive and have a customer-focused outlook;
  • Enjoy delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Previous experience in Banking not essential but would be advantageous
  • Have availability over weekdays and Saturdays
