Your new organisation

We are partnering with a national not-for profit organisation who provide a range of quality and flexible support options to clients including supported accommodation, employment and training, respite and intensive support.

Your new role

The purpose of this role is to deliver quality support to the People and Culture Business Partner team, who provide a broad range of HR services to all areas of the organisation. The position plays an important role in building organisational capability through engaging, communicating and providing a high level of work output to ensure the team can deliver outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Support the administration and coordination of employee performance management including probationary and performance reviews and investigations.
  • Collaborates with the Business Partner Team to ensure best delivery of human resource practice, supports a consistent approach, and provide coverage as necessary.
  • Support the team in IR/ ER matters including performance management and investigations.
  • Undertake and report on any research requirements allocated by the Business Partner team.
  • Promote HR policies, processes, procedures and standards, enabling a performance orientated and legislatively compliant business operation.
  • Contribute to strategic projects allowing opportunities for development and leaning.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven experience in a similar role involving the People and Culture discipline. You will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and employees to enable effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be to a high level and your ability to plan and organise competing demands will be key in your success.

Diploma qualification in Human Resources or Business Management or experience deemed to be the equivalent (preferred but not essential).

Disability service industry experience (preferred but not essential).
