Administration Assistant

About the Job

This role will be based from our Factory in Triabunna on the stunning East Coast of Tasmania. Working in conjunction with our outstanding team, the successful applicant will have a diverse and exciting range of duties including general administration, WHS and customer service. You will be responsible for providing outstanding administration support for our Factory and ensure compliance with licencing, stock orders and other product supplies are up to date and general customer service are maintained to a high standard. This role is Part time and offers a 3-day week, 8-hour days (with some flexibility available.)

Some day to day duties could include;

General admin support to the Triabunna site;
Project management;
Taking notes and minutes in meetings;
Maintain internal databases;
Ordering office and inventory supplies as needed;
Delivery agreements, both external and internal;
Invoicing;
Filing and archiving paperwork and documentation;
Product label reviewing;
Customer support and;
Recording data in relevant spreadsheets.
