About the Role
Utilising your previous Call Centre / Customer Service experience, you will be servicing customer inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government department from our Burnie contact centre.

The centre operates between 7:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work extended hours.
Be part of our first-class customer service team, helping improve people’s lives
Manage complex inbound enquiries and deliver against consistent KPIs
Log detailed interactions for all tasks and actions in accordance with our client’s policies
Manage secure and sensitive data with professionalism and empathy
Access ongoing coaching and development to deliver first class service.

About you
Must hold Australian Citizenship
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Engaging phone manner with strong desire to learn new skills
Ability follow processes and solve problems
Applicants will need to successfully complete a police clearance prior to commencement.
