Searson Buck is pleased to be partnering with Community Based Support in search of a dynamic Client Services Executive (CSE) with energy, business acumen and the proven ability to build successful relationships, ideally in the Aged Care & Disability sector.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager Marketing and Business Development, the Client Services Executive (CSE) will work as part of the Marketing and Business Development Team to deliver an effective and consistent approach to business development and service of the organisation. As a key team member this role plays a central part in the direction services across Tasmania, along with supporting ongoing change management processes to adapt to new markets, changing government policy and client requirements.

About you

The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes in the aged care and disability sector with a client centric focus and the ability to overcome obstacles. You have strong client relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to network and engage with stakeholders at all levels. You will be self-motivated and connected to key industry stakeholders such as NDIA support coordinators and GP's, with an understanding of the importance of research to extend your market reach by staying ahead of all relevant announcements and changes to legislation. Adherence to the key business and industry Principles, Standards, Charter of Rights and Code of Conduct is at the heart of CBS. You will be charged with delivering commercial results within a highly regulated environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma of Community Services; or
  • Bachelor of Health Science or relevant degree
  • With relevant experience in client relationship management within the aged care and disability sector
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to turn new business strategies into meaningful business outcomes
  • Experience in the use of a CRM
  • Current National police check and working with vulnerable people registration
