JOB DESCRIPTION

6-12 month contract for an experienced Sales Administrator with a global business.

Your new company
This iconic Tasmanian Brand is based in the Northern suburbs with global operations. They require a proficient Sales Service Officer to work for a period of 6-12 months on a full time basis.

Your new role
Reporting to the Sales Manager you'll be responsible for assisting the sales department with all administration duties such as;

  • Prepare Sales team expense claims
  • Assist in compilation and maintenance of key account reports and end of month sales reports
  • Completion of tender documentation and customer quotations
  • Preparation and maintenance of customer trading terms agreements
  • Ensure maintenance and updates of CRM system/version
  • Ordering of Sales team samples for new products
  • Assist in the preparation of Domestic Sales Conference material
  • other ad hoc admin duties as necessary


What you'll need to succeed
As the preferred candidate you'll be a self starter, with a high attention to detail and possess demonstrated experience within a similar position. You'll have excellent excel skills and be adaptable to a fast paced environment. You'll also possess the following;

  • Broad knowledge of sales concepts and strategies
  • Budget monitoring and reporting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Consumer and market awareness and understanding
