Multiple Call Centre roles located in Hobart, Federal Government, June start, Baseline Security Clearance is highly desirable. Roster between hours of 7am - 7pm, working 8 hour shifts.

Client Details

Our client is a large Federal Government department are currently looking for up to 10 experienced customer service professionals to work in their busy call centre.

Description

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Delivering high quality customer service over the phone and via email.
  • Addressing problems brought forward by customers following established policies and procedures.
  • Interpreting and complying with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.
  • Work cohesively in a team call centre environment
  • Adhering to agreed KPIs

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume call centre- government experience is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 7 am - 7pm Monday to Friday on an 8 hour roster.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A Baseline Security Clearance is highly desirable.
