Job Description

The role:

Due to growth we require a motivated individual to join the Alexandria team as Site Support to assist with the high level of service expected by our builders and clients. The role will see you providing quality assurance to our major builders and completing timber measure and quotes in customer homes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and resolving tile quantity supply issues
  • Identifying and resolving product quality issues
  • Communicating with major builder clients, National Tiles staff and retail customers ensuring expectations and issues are agreed across all parties in matters relevant to site support
  • Working with the Design team to ensure the best combined service is supplied by National Tiles as a group
  • Resolving delivery issues – delivery disputes, delivery shortages and batching problems
  • Working with the Order Support to ensure administrative requirements for all customers are executed efficiently and correctly
  • Managing installation jobs
  • Raising and maintaining flooring orders/quotes
  • Working with tiling/flooring contractors to complete work to a high standard
