About the Role

  • Partner with the Home Manager and the wider team to achieve excellent results
  • Ensure the delivery of comprehensive, team based, person-centred care
  • Lead by example as you cultivate and nurture a culture of team-work and positivity
  • Provide clinical leadership to ensure delivery of the best care possible
  • Work in accordance with the organisation's values and best practice
  • Monitor and report on staff performance and mediate clinical issues with the management team and with staff

About You

  • A current, unrestricted, AHPRA registration
  • An experienced Clinical Manager or highly experienced aged care nurse (minimum of 3 years' experience)
  • A passion for working in Aged Care with a sound understanding of the sector
  • A team player that can oversee multiple teams (Carers, EN's, RN's) at once
  • Good organisational, written and communication skills
