The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Client Manager who is based in Hobart or Launceston that is looking to take the next step in their career! The ideal candidate will have previous Insurance Broking experience and be able to bring a positive vibe to the team and achieve consistent success as well as growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a significant portfolio of varied clients including larger key Tasmanian organisations and well known Tasmanian businesses
Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
Identifying development opportunities for designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions
Developing new and profitable business within the Commercial/Mid-Market segment
Contributing to the strategic direction of the Commercial business

About you:
This position will suit someone with the following skills and experience:

Proven experience as an insurance broker (5+ years)
Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and produce results
Strong relationship development skills
Exceptional client relationship management capabilities
A keen entrepreneurial spirit
Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
Leadership credentials
Tier 1 General Insurance Broking qualification
