We are on the hunt for a highly organised and experienced Dive Team Leader based at our Eastern Zone at Okehampton Bay.

This position involves actively managing and leading diving activities on a daily basis and maintaining diving equipment at the site to ensure optimum safety and efficiency in the diving functions. In this role you are responsible for dive operations for a multi-skilled knowledgeable team on a 2/2/3 Roster and receive a dive allowance of $97.54 per dive day.

About You:
To be considered for this role you will need to have demonstrated the following skills and experience:

Minimum of 2 years aquaculture diving experience;
Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor qualification or recognised equivalent;
Commercial SSBA Diver qualification (to 30m as a minimum) or recognised equivalent;
Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills; and
A degree in aquaculture or another relevant discipline (beneficial but not essential)
