We are seeking a passionate and driven, well-spoken, and well-presented restaurant supervisor. You will lead our dynamic team in order to create unforgettable dining experiences. This role requires a strong customer focus and would ideally suit a confident enthusiastic individual with well-developed food & beverage skills.

Key Duties

· Assist in day to day operations of the Restaurant

· Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction

· Share your knowledge to develop our team members through our training program

· Manage multiple waiter sections, support staff and reservations applications

The successful candidate will:

· Possess proven first-class food and beverage experience as Headwaiter or similar role in fine dining venues

· Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills

· Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a dynamic team

· Great energy, flexible approach, and passion for teaching amazing service
