The Role
The ACFI Coordinator is responsible to ensure processes and tasks are in place to maximise the funding available to Glenview under the relevant funding tool. This includes responsibility of working in collaboration with the Clinical Manager, Nursing Staff and Team Leaders. This role will encompass the management of day to day ACFI assessments and documentation with a systematic approach to ACFI administration. The ACFI Coordinator will assist staff through training and mentoring as required in understanding the requirements of ACFI knowledge and documentation.

About you
• You will have a passion for working in the Aged Care sector
• Knowledge and understanding of the ACFI instrument in a Residential Aged Care Facility
• Exceptional skills in submission of ACFI claims
• Attention to detail
• Strong understanding of clinical best practice
• Ability to work towards deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• AHPRA Registered or Enrolled Nurse
• National Police Check
