The Role

We have a Full-Time position available for an Operations Assistant to work at our Ayers Rock depot, to help bring the red centre to life! This is a chance to live and work in some of Australia’s most iconic locations and work within a small tight knit team.

Key responsibilities will include:
Support the induction process of new staff
Process staff timecards and other payroll related documentation
Maintaining accurate and up to date records regarding tour information and passengers
General administrative duties including data entry and reporting, invoicing as well as issuing of staff uniforms
Ad-hoc duties supporting operations and other teams as required

Who we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ability to easily build rapport with internal & external stakeholders
Team player
Comfortable utilising Microsoft Suite as well as learning new systems
Flexible in your approach in order to support operations
Excellent people skills
Ability to be self-motivated and work well unsupervised
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to communicate effectively & great attention to detail
High level of time management and organisational skills
Must hold a driver’s license with a clean driving record
Great problem solver and work well under pressure
Previous administration experience required

Those with a travel/tourism background will be highly regarded.
