Jackson Volkswagen Hobart is looking for an outgoing, confident and well-presented ambassador to take the Volkswagen brand to new heights.

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and engaging brand executive who has the ability to develop strong relationships that foster long-term brand loyalty. Volkswagen is an exciting industry leader who is changing the automotive landscape and our ambassador will play a fundamental role in leading the Volkswagen sales experience for southern Tasmania.
This prestigious opportunity is based at our award-winning dealership in Hobart where you will receive industry-leading training and support. For the right individual, this role offers extensive opportunities for growth and development within the business.

Responsibilities:
Brand representation before, during and after the sales process
Exceptional management of enquiries, your diary and database
Engaging demonstration of our vehicle range
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships

About You:
You're a naturally confident and optimistic people-person who's perceptive, responsive and an engaging communicator. You're nothing short of professional and driven by the buzz you get from helping customers and the thrill of exceeding targets and expectations. You will need to be organised, have exceptional personal presentation and an inextinguishable spark of ambition.

You will also have:
experience in negotiating great outcomes for all parties
the ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences
strong organisational skills
the ability to manage competing priorities
excellent computer and technology literacy
a current valid manual driver’s licence

Although highly regarded, previous sales experience is not required and we encourage all who fit the above criteria to apply!
