Duties
We have an exciting opportunity for a school aged student to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This is a school-based traineeship in a Certificate III Business, where you’ll be able to earn while you learn, splitting your time between school and being on the job. This could be for you if you can work as part of a team, be a superstar at organising things and if you have a good idea for detail. The role involves administrative duties ranging from organising schedules and files, providing customer service, completing tasks in a timely manner and producing documents i.e. Microsoft Word, Adobe.
Period of Appointment
ASAP for 36 months
Hours per fortnight
15 hours per fortnight
Essential Requirements
The Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 requires persons undertaking work in a regulated activity to be registered. A regulated activity is a child related service or activity defined in the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014. This registration must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of this may be checked at any time during employment.
