Your Impact

CUB is on the look out for a best-in-class Revenue Planning Manager to provide specialist pricing and revenue management support across Sales and Marketing in order to drive profitable revenue management growth. Key activities involve forward planning, deep analysis of revenue drivers (volume, price, mix) and issues and provide proactive recommendations to address performance gaps and responses with the goal to meet and exceeded budget performance.

Note this role is a 12 month FTC.

Your key accountabilities will be:
Partner with Sales to lead revenue and margin optimisation (across price, volume and mix)
Optimisation of margin pool for CUB and customers
Drive promotional optimization activities flagging risks and opportunities
Lead Promotional Planning Alignment (PPA) forums to drive optimized plans and broader business wide engagement (sales and marketing)
Proactive identification of issues and recommendations across customers and channels

About You

You are ambitious, curious and seeking a rewarding and impactful career that continuously challenge you. You bring:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial finance, pricing, strategy or business development.
Degree qualified - Commerce, Economics or Mathematics preferred
Significant experience in pricing management and customer investment strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
Ability to identify strategic opportunities for the business unit and translate this into actionable recommendation.
Strong communication skills and ability to share learning and teach others
