The Role

We are looking for an Office Manager to manage the everyday duties of the office with a key focus on the administrative function. You will lead a small team including the Operations Manager and our Tour Guides. As the face of the business, you will be engaging, friendly and build strong relationships with all. This is a chance to live and work in some of Australia’s most iconic locations and work within a small tight knit team.

Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate guides, put together rosters, manage vehicles
Run the Tourist Information desk in Yulara
Oversee the Operations Manager and tour guides
Communicate regularly with the office and reservations team in Adelaide

Who we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to think quickly and adapt to situations as they arise. You will also;

Bring well rounded office management experience including team management
Display a passion for and experience in a customer service based role
Possess strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
Be able to manage multiple priorities at once with confidence and great time management

Those with a travel/tourism background will be highly regarded.
