Hours per fortnight

Duties
Lead and coordinate the development, review and maintenance of the TSS strategic workforce plan to identify and address trends and developments, providing a strategic approach informing individual agency workforce plans and roadmaps to enable forecasting the core skills, capabilities and employment pathways for the TSS into the future.
Lead, coordinate and undertake TSS workforce analytics activities, such as the TSS employee survey, and TSS HR reporting, and deliver approaches to research and forecasting to articulate the capabilities and capacities required to inform future planning and knowledge management for the TSS over a range of timeframes.
To support future workforce needs and changes undertake critical review, evaluation and monitoring of the workforce including a range of measures such as trend analyses, KPIs, modelling and scenario planning.
Provide specialist workforce planning expertise and change management advice and support to inform a range of TSS employment related strategies, policies, programs and planning for SSMO, Agencies and other stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including HR Directors to develop, implement and review workforce planning strategies and initiatives including capability and capacity across the TSS and keep them involved and updated on developments.
Investigate opportunities and provide leadership on incorporating varying employment pathways, development and capability building opportunities, to ensure current and future workforce needs are met in the TSS.
Implement change processes to establish and embed a positive approach to workforce planning across agencies to enable them to use TSS Workforce Planning in their strategic planning and inform decision making.
Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of workforce planning strategies and initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Desirable Requirements

Relevant Degree or post graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline.
