Work & Training are pleased to offer a full time, Certificate III Business Traineeship position at the Tasman Council for a young and energetic candidate wishing to launch their career in administration.

Work & Training provides hundreds of apprentices and trainees with extra job security and support, especially assisting with the transition from College to the workplace.
Skills and attributes required:
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-presented and able to demonstrate great customer service.
- Excellent planning and time management skills; within an environment of frequent interruptions and conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, judgement, maturity and discretion.
- Great organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage varying workloads effectively.
- A good understanding of Work, Health & Safety requirements.
- Courteous, cooperative, and able to follow instruction within a team environment.
- Ability to use current technology to deliver services including word processing, database entry, and use of spreadsheets.
- The desire to obtain your Certificate III in Business qualification. National Training Wage applies.
The successful candidate:
- Will use computers and their relevant software, as well as telephones, photocopiers and other associated office equipment within an office environment.
- Will perform clerical duties including customer service, collation and preparation of confidential documents, filing, archiving, and daily outgoing and incoming mail.
