ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to internal transfers and promotions we're offering a rare opportunity to join Launceston’s busiest and most dynamic sales team, representing Australia’s No. 1 automotive brand, Toyota. We’re seeking enthusiastic, career driven, self-motivated Sales Consultants to join our New and Used Car Sales team.
The ideal applicants will be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence and the desire to add value and build lasting customer relationships through the delivery of exceptional sales and customer service and industry best practices.
Whilst prior experience in a fast-paced sales environment would be highly regarded, we recruit for attitude and drive as well as skills and experience. As a Launceston Toyota sales professional, the right applicants will receive ongoing training and support towards further career development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing all aspects of selling cars: follow up internet leads, respond to showroom customer enquiries and prepare documentation
Delivery quality customer service and follow-up processes that encourage business growth and repeat sales and service business
Maintaining a detailed knowledge of all products, including their benefits and features and be able to demonstrate these capabilities and features relevant to customer needs
Assist with vehicle and showroom presentation and yard changes as required
Accompany customers on test drives
Liaise with internal stakeholders, providing appropriate introductions with Business Managers, After Sales Consultants and the Service Department
Facilitate sustainable relationships, exceptional customer service and profitability at all times

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Essential:
Experience in sales with a proven track record of success, demonstrated ability to meet KPI's and exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport with guests, colleagues and business partners
Well refined customer service skills to ensure the consistent delivery of an outstanding guest experience
An exceptional level of professionalism and personal presentation
Time management and organisational skills combined with a strong customer focus
Well-developed negotiation skills
Computer literate with the discipline to maintain daily activities and sales prospecting data and routinely follow business and manufacturer processes
Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster (10-day fortnight)
Have a valid TAS manual drivers licence

Desirable:
Experience in a dealership environment as an Automotive Sales Consultant and/or working in the automotive industry
