About you
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will need to work closely with the Senior Management Team and collaborate with all areas of the business and customers in order to grow sales with existing customers as well as increase our customer base.
You are someone who is flexible and available to travel internationally at least 3 to 4 times a year, for up to 3 weeks at a time. As many of our customers are in different time zones, you will need to regularly work unsociable hours in order to meet their needs (the company does offer flexible work arrangements to help with work/life balance.)
You are good at verbalising and expressing yourself, with a firm commitment to customer service and a proven track record in achieving the following:
Identifying and approaching potential customers, which generates leads and results in new business
Establishing professional relationships with key personnel within your customers organisations to maintain a long-standing rapport and ensure repeat business
Scheduling client meetings and conduct effective presentations whilst negotiating and managing the process from initial quote, sale and delivery
Consistently achieve set budgets, targets and customer experience KPI’s
Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and deliverables based on new leads, client database and market potential
