Student Jobs Recruitment Support Officer Job no: 495694 Work type: Part time Location: Hobart Categories: Administration, Student Services Student Jobs Recruitment Support Officer * Part time (0.8 FTE), ongoing position * Based in Hobart * Provide seamless delivery of client service and administrative support The Academic Division is responsible for leading the drive for academic excellence, supporting the University College and Academic Colleges, Faculties, Institutes and Schools (hereafter collectively referred to as Colleges) in recruiting, retaining and encouraging an outstanding and diverse academic community. The Opportunity Provide administrative support to the recruitment of students into paid and unpaid opportunities internally and externally. The successful applicant will also provide administrative support to the SLCDE industry engagement team across a range of activities including those administered through the Universitys Student Jobs online portal Career Connect. Key Accountabilities: * Provide a professional first point of contact for the Student Jobs team for internal and external stakeholders. * Support the Student Jobs team in all administrative processes related to the recruitment of paid and unpaid opportunities for students and graduates. * Support the Student Jobs team in the administration of job opportunities that support the teams online systems, including but not limited to Career Connect and the CRM. * Provide support to the SLCDE Industry Engagement activities. * Contribute to the presentation and organisation of professional paper and digital materials to support recruitment, marketing and promotion of student and graduate job opportunities. Your Application To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate; * Excellent professional communication skills. * Excellent computing skills and experience in Excel, as well as competence in maintaining databases and/or customer service management systems. * Excellent organisational skills. * Experience in the preparation and dissemination of paper and digital materials that relay clear information for reports, promotional material and/or workshops Remuneration Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $78,551(pro-rata) comprising base salary within the range of $63,375 to $67,138 plus 17% superannuation(pro-rata).
