Full time permanent Administration Manager role based south of the Hobart CBD

Your new company
Hays Office Support are partnering with a large well know retail facility who are looking for an experienced and committed Office Administration Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis located south of Hobart

Your new role
This role will see the successful candidate providing efficient administration and financial support to the Centre Management Team, your duties will have included but not be limited to;

  • Response to queries and general information requests from tenants in person where possible, using email communications for a supporting information.
  • Assist the Centre Manager with completion of Profit and Loss and Management reports and annual Financial Operating Budget.
  • Manage lease compliance for insurance certificates, securities etc.
  • Monitor and implement rent reviews as per the Tenancy Schedule.
  • Reconcile Trust account daily to ensure rent payments are made.
  • Assist Centre Manager in the recovery of outstanding invoices.
  • Conduct regular lease validation and extraction reviews.
  • Other adhoc general administration duties as required


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous demonstrated experience working in Property Management Administration. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport and relate to a variety of different people from all walks of life. You'll enjoy problem solving and be results driven. You will also have the following skills;

  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of duties
  • Team player
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisation
