The Role

We have a Full-Time position available for a Day Tours Consultant to work at our Ayers Rock depot,tohelp bring the red centre to life! This is a chance to live and work in some of Australia’s most iconic locations and work within a small tight knit team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting, selling and providing advice on our amazing AAT Kings products
  • To create lifetime memories for our guests
  • Provide recommendations and exceptional face-to-face customer service
  • Process bookings for breathtaking itineraries

You will also be a crucial support figure for our team, managing daily administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of our Ayers Rock based team.

Who we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent people skills and a track record in customer service
  • Energy to ensure our guests enjoy their time with us
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • High level of time management and organisational skills
  • Be comfortable addressing guest enquiries
  • Great problem solver and work well under pressure
  • Previous administration experience

Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including some weekend shifts, to ensure our guests experience the trip of a lifetime.

Those with a travel/tourism background will be highly regarded.
