Your new company
This government body prides themselves in their excellent customer service on giving back to the community.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:

  • day to day support for internal client service and office software products at a user level
  • provide level 1 desktop and user support
  • implement and support operating systems, file and print servers, including installations, upgrades and maintenance
  • training of staff in the use of software and programs
  • production of IT technical notes and staff training guides in conjunction with other IT staff
  • undertake other reasonable tasks

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent verbal communication skills, proficiency in documenting technical investigations and outcomes, demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will have a minimum of 2 years local experience, with a passion for helping people resolve IT issues.
