How many people can say that as part of their job they provide night vision goggles to help soldiers spot potential threats? If you’re seeking a unique opportunity where no two days are the same, this could be the role for you.

Your role:

It all starts with the warehouse – getting the right gear to the right place at the right time. It’s a familiar task for supply chain professionals, but you’ll experience more variety and excitement working for one of Australia’s largest logistical organisations. As a Warehouse Coordinator / Storeperson in the Army, you’ll be responsible for supplying soldiers with everything they need in barracks, on exercise or in a battle zone – from radios and tents to field equipment and weapons.

You’ll get involved in a huge range of tasks from stores accounting to the handling, storage and distribution of a range of vital equipment. On top of this, you’ll get to drive off-road forklifts and take on general soldiering duties such as patrolling and camouflaging vehicles.

But this is not just a job—it’s a career. From the moment you step into the role, you’ll receive fully paid training to give you the skills to grow and succeed, learning the advanced logistical skills needed to keep the Army moving. This is the perfect position for someone with an orderly, logical mind seeking a new challenge.

Following your initial military training, you could be posted to one of the many Army bases and units across Australia.

In the Army you'll get paid a good salary from day one regardless of your age, experience or qualifications. Upon commencing training, your starting salary will be approximately $50,145 per annum plus 16.4% superannuation and your pay will increase as you progress through training.

On completion of your initial military training and initial employment training, you could earn $66,963 per annum plus generous super.

Life in the Army:

Action, adventure, exciting career opportunities and amazing mateship—there’s so much to love about life in the Army. Whether you’re looking to pick up a new skill, get qualified with fully paid training or are up for a new challenge, you’ll find it all in the Army.
