Hours per fortnight

Up to 73.5 hours per fortnight – Flexible hours, we are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.

Duties

  • Provide operational support to public authorities and public officers seeking to engage with the Commission’s online education modules embedded in the Learning Management System (LMS), including;
    • Provide system support to users by managing access rights, usernames and passwords for the LMS and the Misconduct Prevention mailbox.
    • Facilitate the training of new and existing users including refreshers, upgrades and new features.
    • Maintain system documentation including steps by steps and training manuals.
    • Monitor and maintenance of the LMS
  • Assist in the management of data collection and reporting activities to provide an evidence-base supporting the operational effectiveness of the Unit. 
  • Based on provided content, produce a range of resources intended for internal or external use. This may include presentations, slides, handouts, and other communications.
  • Undertake administrative and clerical functions associated with the day to day operations of the Misconduct Prevention Unit, including coordination of Unit education and training activities
  • The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.
