  • Provide Executive support to the Tourism Tasmania Board of Directors Audit and Risk Committee and the Agency’s Procurement Review Committee
  • Manage the office of the Chief Operating Officer to support the delivery of the Better Business function.
  • Lead and support Human Resources activities including staff recruitment and induction; act as the central liaison for staff on employee relation matters; support managers on people issues; and liaise with the Department of State Growth, as required.
  • Manage the Service Level Agreement with the Department of State Growth, including monitoring, performance reporting, regular reviews and routine engagement.
  • Prepare and manage frequent and routine corporate reporting, using insights from analysis to inform and assist business decision making, monitoring and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and record confidential and sensitive information in relation to statutory and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Lead and implement business improvement projects to deliver advanced value and increased efficiency including improved automation of business processes and the central capture of key information for reporting.
  • Support policy development and lead project implementation of identified business improvement and Better Business programs.
