About the role

We are looking for our next Sales superstar!

A fantastic permanent full-time opportunity is now available to join us as a Media Sales Consultant based in Launceston.

This role is required to grow and retain customers by presenting new solutions and services and working closely with the management and national and verticals. Strategic planning is a key part of this role, since it is the Media Sales Consultant's responsibility to develop and maintain a pipeline of new businesses.

If you are highly motivated, coachable, enjoy working in a team environment and passionate about media, advertising, and sales, this job is for you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Working to achieve the sales revenue targets for the region.
  • Identifying opportunities and generating leads, resulting in new business.
  • Attending client meetings and conducting presentations, negotiating and following through to finalisation of print and digital bookings.
  • Account management and providing excellence in customer service & professionally handling client interactions.
  • Developing client and industry relationships.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within media//advertising, account management experience is highly desired.
  • Digital sales & marketing experience in Google AdWords products.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • High level of sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
