Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

Duties

  1. To provide administrative and clerical support and assist with the compliance and monitoring functions of the Board following the appointment of guardians and administrators, including answering ad hoc enquiries from appointees.
  2. Assist with review of annual reports and verifying information from appointees on behalf of the Board. 
  3. To assist with the preparation of reports on Review applications made to the Board, including daily preparation of emergency applications and dissemination of orders.
  4. To maintain the GAB data system and registers required for reporting from orders made by the Board, including filing and records management.
  5. To provide information as required to persons concerned with matters within the jurisdiction of the Board.
  6. To undertake additional duties as directed by the President or the Registrar.

Desirable Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Business or knowledge of financial book keeping.
