Job Description
Child and adolescent psychiatrist working at 0.6 FTE in community and 0.4 FTE working in peri natal inpatient. Monday 22 March 2021 until Friday 2 July 2021. No public holidays will be worked. On call may be Required. 5-day week. 8.30 a.m. Until 5 p.m. Daily. There are Registrars hence the Psychiatrist must be certified as a ‘Supervisor’ and Certificate produced as part of the Application.

Public Teaching hospital located in Hobart which is a major referral centre. The facility provides acute, sub-acute, mental health, and aged care inpatient and ambulatory services to approximately 249 000 people in the southern Tasmanian region. They offer a comprehensive range of general and specialty medical and surgical services are provided including many state-wide services such as cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, extensive burns treatment, hyperbaric medicine, neonatal and paediatric intensive care and high-risk obstetrics.
