Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health Short Stay Unit

E4 Recruitment is actively looking for committed and self-determined Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Short Stay Mental Health Unit in Tasmania. 

The positions is suited to those with experience in acute or emergency mental health settings and consultation liaison roles, who possess excellent assessment skills and can provide clinical leadership in a fast-paced environment.

About

• Report directly to the Nurse Unit Manager 
• Works collaboratively with the Inpatient Unit, ED, AOD Services and Community Mental Health
• Complete specialist assessments 
• Manage clients with mental health disorders and concurrent alcohol or drug use issues
• Will support and contribute to the reform directions and relevant strategic initiatives
• New 6 bed facility

Criteria 

• Postgrad cert in mental health is desirable 
• Current, unrestricted AHPRA 
• Previous mental health experience is essential 
• 2 years post graduate experience 
• Working With Children's Card, National Police Check and 100pts of ID essential
