We are seeking motivated and experienced applicants for the role of Communications Support Officer to work at the Mersey Community Hospital. 

Details of Appointment

1 x Permanent Shift Worker position working 32 hours per fortnight

Reporting to the Supervisor - Communications , the focus of duties of this role are:

• Provide clients with a professional and confidential receptions service, through the Switchboard, Main Reception and Emergency Department Reception. This includes providing immediate attention to patients presenting for treatment.
• Undertake all administrative functions associated with the processing of emergency admissions and after hours direct admissions.

Please note: subsequent appointments may be made from this process and notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.
