The Position

Working as part of the broad Accounting function the Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer reports to the AR Manager as part of a close-knit, collegiate team and enjoys a varied range of responsibilities including;

• Weekly and monthly invoicing (high volume)
• receiving payments via various payment systems
• Bank Reconciliations, Monthly statements
• Using a variety of technology; TechOne Accounting, Microsoft 365/Office, TRACCs, HAYYLO
• Processing of Invoices, Payments, Bank Reconciliations
• Assisting with Debt Collection
• Providing great customer service to clients via phone and emails

Skills and experience to succeed

• Sound understanding of the accounting process with experience in Accounts Receivable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, Excel, Word, Microsoft 365
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using TechOne accounting package would be advantageous
