Job Description On behalf of our Energy client, NESFircroft are recruiting for a Commercial Analyst, ideally a graduate or a few years post-grad for a newly created permanent position located in Perth CBD, WA.

This position will be best suited to a driven and highly analytical individual who can work to tight deadlines. The main responsibility of the Commercial Analyst will be supporting the BD team in executing the BD Strategy for WA through market research and analysis.

Key accountabilities will include but not be limited:

• Assist with preparation, review, and submission of bid proposals and presentations.
• Develop a comprehensive analysis of competitors and key base data sets.
• Keep up with market trends and changes to ensure BD strategies are up to date.
• Analyse market intelligence and trends to form quantitative themes and insights.
• Oversee the development, negotiation and drafting of contracts.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Edit and proofread tender submissions and proposals.
• Ensure all tender related correspondence is tracked.
• Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of tender procedures and practices.

Qualifications and skills required:

• University degree in Commerce or Business.
• An understanding and experience working in the energy sector and market in WA.
• Commercial & Financial acumen.
• Experience in statistical and market analysis, with the ability to communicate trends and conclusions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage bid writing and tender submissions.
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships.
• Desirable experience with CRM tools.
