JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Impact

This role is a key brand and shopper activation role within the National Activation team. Through a high level of collaboration with Insights, Brand, Innovation, Category, Activation and Sales Teams this role must solve for strategic beer, category questions within the specific off premise banners, associated sub channels and regions.

You will be required to translate category, shopper & brand strategies into impactful customer campaigns that will be implemented across aligned customer banners. Note this role is a 12 month contract.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide input into the annual plan as part of the off-premise channel and activation team to help inform the 0–18-month activation calendar.
  • Contribute recommendations based on reviewing previously completed activations.
  • Deep understanding and passion for what drives shopper behaviour within off-premise and omni channels.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of CUB’s customer/channel strategies to drive triple-wins for our consumers, customers, and the CUB business.
  • Partner with customer trade marketing leads to identify opportunities for triple wins.


About you

  • Commercial experience gained within sales, marketing, or trade marketing, preferably within FMCG supported with a degree in Marketing or Business/Commerce
  • Demonstrated experience in brief writing and partnering with creative agencies
  • Experience in delivering occasion led shopper campaigns preferred.
  • Has the knowledge, confidence, and experience to provide strategic input into the future thinking for the Off-Premise channel.
  • Results-driven with a deep sense of accountability and ownership.
