Is a global company with 41 manufacturing facilities across five continents. The long standing operation now has a branch located in Latrobe, Tasmania, marketing pharmaceutical products including a portfolio of branded dermatology products and a range of oral and specialty generics. The company is also known for poppy-derived opiate raw materials used in the manufacture of analgesics. All products are manufactured to meet the stringent standards of the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration.
The Role
We are pleased to be representing our client in their search for Field Assistants for their operations in Latrobe, Tasmania.
Well suited to agriculture students on break from university, you'll assist with the establishment of spraying and maintenance of field trials along with setting up, cleaning and placing treatments into spray cans.
This is a seasonal role, expected to go for four weeks (weather dependent), your duties will include but not be limited to:
Establishment of spraying and maintenance of field trials
Putting treatments into spray cans
Cleaning tractors and other equipment
Ensure own and others safety following all EHS policies and WHS procedures
Other tasks as required
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 38 hour week (rain dependent)
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in your application, you will need to be proactive and a keen team player with able to succeed with minimal supervision. You will be flexible, reliable and foster a 'can do' attitude.

Basic knowledge of chemicals and their safe handling (desirable)
Flexible
Reliable and committed to completing the season
