F&B attendants wanted for dinner functions held between now and July 2021
Your new company
Hays Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a Government client to source a panel of Food and Beverage Attendants for dinner functions held in Hobart.
Your new role
This work is usually on a Saturday evening or can be during the week, with a start time of 5pm. You will be required to serve a sit-down 4 course meal to approximately 200 people. It is every second plate service in a formal traditional environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible to be shortlisted for this role you must be an Australian Citizen (due to our clients high-security governmental work) and hold an RSA ticket. You must have previous experience in Food & Beverage Attending and be able to provide excellent references from your work in that role. You will be required to wear a white shirt, black pants and shoes and have a neat and clean presentation.
You will be available to work sporadic events, up to two evenings a week, every few weeks, over the coming months. This is not a full-time role.
What you'll get in return
My client will provide a thorough induction, so you are comfortable and confident in the role. The pay rate for this role is $24.36 per hour, plus any relevant penalties and overtime. You will receive a 9.5% super contribution to a superfund of your choice and a weekly pay cycle. Working through Hays, you will receive regular contact and post-placement care from consultants for the duration of your assignment.
