Your new role
This permanent full time basis, will see you employed as the Accounts Receivables Officer, working closely with the finance team completing a range of tasks including but not limited to

Maintenance of Accounts Receivable for the finance department (including invoicing and follow up of debtors)
Processing of bank reconciliations
Maintain NDIA portal access and uploads
Maintain accurate and confidential data entry requirements
Provide general administrative and financial services support to the Finance Team and other departments as required
Liaise with external organisations and stakeholders
Assist with preparation of financial and management reports & documentation
Support annual audit and statutory obligations

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have previous experience in a similar accounts receivables or billing position. You will have
Finance administration experience and strong understanding of accounts receivable
High level written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with people we support, families, staff, management and external stakeholders
The ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality
The ability to work in a team environment with fluctuating workloads
A current full drivers licence and Working with Vulnerable People card

In addition you will have experience utilising various finance software with the ability to quickly learn new systems. If you’re successful, you’ll need a satisfactory pre-employment health assessment, national police check and to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module - Quality Safety and You.
