Customer Service APS3 Officer for a 12 Month Contact within Federal Government
Your new company
Our client is a well-established Federal Government Agency, based in Hobart inner city. They are one of Australia’s regulatory agencies who ensure national safety. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a labour hire contract initially for a 12-month position assignment with a possible 12-month extension.
Your new role
As a critical part of the team you will report to the Operations Supervisor and be responsible duties such as
Provide high level phone and multi-media-based customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and update accurate electronic records in the database
Apply a working knowledge of national regulatory framework
Analyse information for query resolution
Assist with any other administrative duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you'll have worked within a team environment and ability to be adaptable and have a can-do attitude. You will be able to effectively engage with various stakeholders, whilst coordinating and organising customer enquiries and recording related administration tasks. You'll also possess the following:
Work independently with the ability to prioritise tasks
Demonstrate high organisational and administrative skills
Ability to provide the highest standard interpersonal and oral communication skills, including the ability to develop productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using MS Office and experience using multiple database systems
Ability to follow steps required to resolve all enquiries and requested presented in a timely manner
Supportive team member with a passion and motivation to learn
You must to be an Australian Citizen
