Harbour Lights Café is a multi award-winning restaurant. A hidden gem, embracing views of Hobart's picturesque waterfront, Harbour Lights has long been a haven for locals, foodies and tourists alike.

We are currently seeking hard-working and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

To begin we will offer a casual position, with the option of going on full time in the future if you are the correct fit.

The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar venue.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum Three years of Hospitality experience including barista skills and beverage knowledge
• Minimum Three years experience in Café, Fine Dining or a similar venue
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential
• High levels of attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience
• Focused on making memorable experiences for our customers
• Dedicated commitment to Hospitality
• Knowledge and passion for food and wine
• Must be available to work weekends and through holiday seasons, be available 5-6 days a week including Saturday and Sunday
• Be comfortable with early mornings and starting at 6:00AM
• Do not afraid of a busy shift
• Good communication skills and team-work skills

Weekend and weekday availability is a requirement for this role.
