Innova Dental is seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our expanding practice located in the Olde Tudor Complex, Prospect and The Brickfields, Launceston. The hours may be between Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 8:30pm weekdays and 8:30am to 6:00pm Saturdays. The hours will be negotiated with the right applicant.

We are an award-winning practice which has grown to be one of the largest locally owned dental groups in Tasmania in 4 short years after starting with 1 dentist in our original Prospect practice. Our vision is to be the most admired practice in Tasmania, and we use our core values to guide us in providing great dental care for our patients.

We believe that dentistry can be a positive experience and that each of our team members is an integral part to help our patients live their best smile!

We do a wide range of procedures and are the only practice in Launceston to do pioneering procedures such as same day crowns and in-house digitally guided dental implants. You can be certain that there will be something new to learn/grow into all the time!

This role will be a casual position to start with a view to transition to a full-time position for the right fit. We might also offer a full-time position for the right experienced applicant.

All levels of experience welcome.

Ability to complete tasks within timeframe.

Physical requirements:
Should be in good physical condition and able to withstand the stress and demands of an active position.
Must be able to perform many hours standing, walking, bending, and sitting.
Manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination and adequate vision and hearing is needed in daily work.
