JOB DESCRIPTION

Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking Shift Production Workers to join one of our highly regarded Clients for an immediate start in Bell Bay Tasmania.

This position involves working 12 hour day/night shifts both rostered and on call across 365 days of the year.

To be considered for this role you will need to:
Be able to pass a full medical, drug & alcohol assessment
Be physically fit and healthy with no traces of asthma
Be able to work in extremely hot conditions with full PPE
Have the flexibility to work 12 hour day/night shifts at short notice
Flexibility to work Public Holidays as the business demands
Have a very strong understanding of safety in the workplace
Be able to follow all company policies and procedures
Have experience operating a Forklift & Bridge and Gantry Crane (desirable, not essential)
Have a background in a similar environment (desirable, not essential)
