We are excited to be relaunching our instore Miele Demonstrator Program & are looking to expand the team.

You will be responsible for demonstrating the Miele FloorCare range, providing product information and the benefits of Miele FloorCare to the consumer and securing sales in a retail environment.

You will be demonstrating The Miele FloorCare product range of vacuum cleaners; Lunching their Brand New Stick Vacuum as well as the current range of Barrell (Bag & Baggless options).

Preparation for this role will involve an interactive online Product & Sales training session, giving you all the tools require to engage consumers as well as overcoming objections and securing the sale.

Role Responsibilities:
Presenting in-store demonstration of the Miele FloorCare Range
Educate consumers on features & benefits, answer questions relating to demonstration
Driving brand awareness, creating public interest with purpose of encouraging consumers to purchase
Executing tasks, building displays & erecting Point-of-sale where required
Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
Follow Health & Safety regulations.
Full adherence to company policies and procedures
Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device

About You!

Outgoing, friendly & confident with face to face engagement & communications
Exceptional Personal Presentation
Ambitious in reaching sales targets
Reliable & Punctual with a great work ethic!
Ability to work autonomously
Prior experience with demonstrating, public speaking or community engagement highly regarded.

Role Requirements

You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights
Live in the advertise area/ surrounding suburbs
Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
Physically fit - Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
